A heated debate amongst Arkansans has begun after the governor’s office announced drug screening implementations for a state-wide program that could cost upwards of $1.5 million.
“Seems a little excessive,” one Arkansan told THV11.
“The ones that are saying it’s excessive are probably the ones getting it,” said another who supports the change.
